School Associations are collaborative groups within or linked to educational institutions that serve diverse purposes, such as enhancing communication between parents and teachers (PTA), promoting student leadership and participation (Student councils, clubs) providing professional development and advocacy for educators or guiding overall school development. These organisations foster community, support student welfare, facilitate fundraising and contribute to the quality and standards of education. Some of our school associations and details as follows:

1.Parent - Teacher Associations (PTA) - All the parents and teachers of the school are members of this association. The general body meetings of the PTA will be held at the beginning and the end of each academic year. To make the parents involve themselves actively in the various activities of the school.

2.Past Pupils Associations (DBPPA) - The reunion and general body meeting is on the 15th August every year. There is an Executive committee formed. Its members meet monthly. The past pupils are an integral part of the school they are invited for various functions and help/work along with the school in many developmental projects.

3.Tamil Literary Associations (TLA) - To develop interests in Tamil language and its literature. To learn, read and write Tamil without grammatical mistakes.

4.English Literary Associations (ELA) - To develop interests in English language and its literature. To learn, read and write English without grammatical mistakes.

5.Maths Associations (MA) - It's often in the form of math clubs, are student-led organizations that foster interest in mathematics, develop logical and critical thinking skills through fun activities, and provide a collaborative environment for students to share ideas and solve problems.

6.Science Associations (SA) - Foster a deep interest in science through hands-on activities, fostering curiosity and a scientific temperament among students.

7.Heritage Association (HA) - Often in the form of clubs or integral into the curriculum, educate students about their local, regional, and national heritage to foster a sense of identity and stewardship, promoting respect for cultural diversity and history.
